EMPLOYEE Payroll Tab
This area of the program allows you to add or remove Employee-specific Earning and/or Deduction Codes. NOTE: Globally assigned CODES will not appear on this tab. Earnings:[Any valid Earnings Code] There are two ways to locate a desired Earnings Code:
Click on the Pick List button next to Earnings to view a complete list of all Earnings Codes. Select the desired Code and click on OK. The Earnings Code and its Description will be added to the List Control. See the Earnings/Deductions Code Form for a complete discussion of Earning Codes. Click on the Pick List button next to Deductions to view a complete list of all Deductions Codes. Select the desired Code and click on OK. The Deductions Code and its Description will be added to the List Control. See the Earnings/Deductions Code Form for a complete discussion of Earning Codes. Note: To delete a code from either list (Earnings or Deductions), right click on the desired code you wish to delete, then choose "Delete" from the pop-up menu. Enter the amount of vacation owed the Employee (earned but not paid). You may use hourly or dollar amounts (determined by the Earning Codes you set up). This value will then be maintained automatically. Enter the amount of holiday owed the Employee (earned but not paid). You may use hourly or dollar amounts (determined by the Earning Codes you set up). This value will then be maintained automatically. Enter the amount of sick pay owed the Employee (earned but not paid). You may use hourly or dollar amounts (determined by the Earning Codes you set up). This value will then be maintained automatically. Enter the amount of personal time owed the Employee (earned but not paid).
